2. What we do

3. What stays your responsibility

4. Prices and payment

5. Cooling-off and cancellation

6. Our guarantee

If we fail to complete a monthly cleansing that you gave us everything for on time, that month's fee is free. This guarantee covers our service. We do not guarantee that you will never be investigated or fined, because that depends on your own marketing and on decisions by the NCC.

7. Your data

Before we receive any contact list, we both sign a data processing agreement. We use your lists only to run your cleansing, keep them secure, and delete them when each month's cleansing is done. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

8. Our liability

We do our work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act that cannot legally be limited.

9. Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, email hello@clearlist.co.za and we will reply within 2 business days. If we cannot resolve it, either of us may refer the dispute to mediation before going to court. South African law applies to these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes do not affect orders already placed unless you agree.
